Please pay my money

I have an investment (***) with old mutual last Friday i terminated the investment in other to get the money to pay some of my expenses and they said to me it will take 15 working days for my money to reflect on my account. I don't understand why it will take them 15 days to pay my money and if it happens that i don't get my money within the next 48 hours I am going to terminate my other 4 policies that I have with you.If they make a debit order month end i will go to the bank and reverse it period.
