Please pay back investment money

I'm writing here on behalf of my mother who is hospitalised for stress and BP because old mutual has been giving her run around with her investment money she requested in January and she's been following up and nothing is being done she's now under stress because she's been been borrowing money from loan sharks and saying saying shell pay back on the time old mutual advises they will pay her back since then they haven't paid her money now she's owing people and old mutual have heroney kindly assist with the matter ASAP of can I get contact of people to call so that this can be resolved ASAP . I don't want this to end up in a more complex situation for me by losing my mother because of you guys
