Please lift the hold.
I have been waiting for them to lift a hold on my profile so that i can be able to do new applications since 2016, i had a loan account which i took out in 2014 and it was paid off in 2015, i was under debt counselling and was cleared in January 2016. I have been cleared and have paid off my duties, i sent them clearance certificate over and over again and nothing seems to be happening.
