Please Intervene
Good day
My old mutual loan account was handed over to VeriCred. A guy by the name of Tlotlo Sebego from VeriCred called me in April to offer me 60% settlement of my loan and i indicated to him that i will only have money in May to settle and he told me that the 60% settlement will be extended until end of May.
Last week i contacted Vericred and requested the letter indicating the 60% settlement and i was informed that there is no discount like that.
I have been sent from pillar to post by Vericred and no one wants to take responsibility of the matter. I humbly ask for the intervention of Old mutual please.
