Please help to get my granny's investment funds from Old Mutual

On behalf of my granny,I am very disappointed with Old Mutual. My granny was supposed to receive funds from her investment on the 1st November 2021 and when she went to claim a week later she was told she's late until today (2022-10-08) she's still waiting.Yhe first consultant she was received by does not want to refer her to another consultants and he's always coming up with excuses. The consultant gets irritated whenever my granny wants updates pertaining her finances. It's been almost a year waiting for the finances from Old Mutual but they're not helping at all. I'm starting to suspect ***** or funny business.
