Please help me!!

Good day I have 2 x policies at Old mutual that I made paid up a few years back. There are a little bit of funds. I need this funds really urgently for personal problems. But the call center said I can't get the funds. IS THERE ANY WAY THAT YOU CAN HELP ME TO WITHDRAW THE FUNDS. PLEASE I AM REALLY DESPERATE. PLEASE SEE IF YOU CAN HELP ME.
