PLEASE HELP!

Hi I have a complain about Old Mutual,I have two policies that I did not know about with them.i went to the nearest office and they then picked up that one of their agent open a policy without my concern and I did not sign a contract agreeing on taking the policies. then they told me that they will refund .this happened last year to date .they still deduct from my persal.can you please help.here are the policy no:*** this one is new I don't know anything about it I saw it on my persal of February 2024.The other policy is *** and this one they started deduct in June last year to date.
