please don't put your money in old mutual

Pathetic service from Old Mutual. I've sent many emails to stop debit order into a policy that has been losing more money than gaining. After six years I have less than the invested amount. Please reconsider another company to keep your retirement money safe and growing. All call centers constantly busy, I suppose once people there have had their tea it's sleeping time. after 30 mins holding still no answer.
