Please do not invest with old mutual
I have since app**** for my old mutual super fund claim it have now been two months since. All they saying to is that my claim is in authorization stage .how can a claim be in authorization for months. I was told manament would call me to clarify the issue, guess what iam still waiting for management till today. How do I escalate this matter to the insurance ombudsman please advise. I wish my employer did invest our money with old mutual. This organization is taking us for a ride. I have been to the branch on different occasions the stuff even known by name. PLEASE ASSIST......
