Please correct and update my tax information with SARS

Early last week I complained about my tax information which was not corresponding with the record that SARS have at their disposal, I received an email confirming that the matter has been escalated to the relevant department which is HR PAYMENTS and TAX.

I was given a turn around time of 3-5 working days for the Hr department to update my tax information with SARS

I haven't received any feedback from Old Mutual HR Payments and Tax.

The lump sum source code on the directive ***5 does not correspond with the lump sum source code that SARS have on their records, HR needs to update it with SARS.
