Please cancel my policies as requested!!!

Old Mutual, on 12 December 2014 you were given notice that all my policies must be cancelled with you and NO further premiums must be deducted.<br> Yet, your debits still went through on my payslip and still nobody at your head office can assist and cancel my policies. <br> This is the last request - no further premiums must be deducted and also the premiums that you deducted must be paid back to me immediately!!! This must be done BEFORE 5 FEBRUARY 2015!!!<br> <br>
