Please assist in getting my money from Old mutual and SACCAWU

I was employed by Pick n pay clothing. I resigned on the 15 March 2022, i was under the SACCAWU provident fund they work with old mutual, thats were our money is saved. Ever since March I've been calling both the companies regarding my money, they said it will take 4 to 6 months. I stopped calling to give them time to process everything. I started calling SACCAWU around October they said they've send the paper work through to Old mutual, everything is with them so they need to process the money. I call old mutual every week to get an update, everytime I call, i get a different story from the one i heard the previous time when i called. I don't know what to believe anymore. I've been waiting for way too long no one is helping me, they going on holiday very soon which means i won't get my money this which is totally unacceptable. I want my money.
