Please advice, where is my snt file because I need the documents for Sars

Please advice, where is my snt file because I need the documents for Sars. I went there and I was told by Elsa to say I leave my details then they will get back to me. I stay in Mafikeng and I received a letter of demand for Sars to say I owe them. So my accountant told me about the snt as he asked if did I receive travelling allowance etc. Then I told him yes. I am an ex employee and I'm not looking for employment as they have said to Elsa who is an Area Manager. My then employee number is as follows :466929 Its for Rustenburg S01. Then other manager is not in the office she says she'll be back on Friday and I asked if I can sent someone to come and collect my copies etc. So I'm frustrated and I don't understand that why Ikgopoleng the administrator there is mean and a bully who doesn't want to help. So I'm surprised that I have to be taken from pillar to post to get my documents that I only need copies.
