Please action the outstanding requests!!!!
Servus, Change Request SR-PRINSJP-*** Date Created 6 December 2021 and SR-PRINSJP-*** Date Created 25 July 2022 refers. Both request was submitted to correct my name that was originally wrongly captured in the system. In bost case a copy of my ID was requested and was uploaded as requested. Until today nothing/zero was done regarding the requests. The request is loaded on the self service portal. Please can the request be actioned that is outstanding for more than a year! If something was outstanding then please make contact my contact e-mail is available! Danke
