Playing hide and seek

I sent out my claim with Old Mutual a couple of months ago. They sent me forms that had to filled out by my doctors and it was required that I attach some documents to support my claim. Each and every time I email what they want, another document that I must add creeps up this has happened more than three times already. Before I took out the policy they sent me to their own doctor to assess my overall health condition but now they refuse for me to go to that same doctor to access me after I got involved in a MVA. My accident was in 2014 so I had to wait to see if my condition wouldn't improve however now when I send some of the documents I am told that the documents are old as if my situation has changed. I am disgusted by how the assessors refuse to speak to me directly and I have to speak through their admin staff that cannot even assist me without having to wait for a response from the assessor. This is not on. When I miss a payment their call centre calls me 1000 times but unfortunately when it is time for them to process claims they give me the run around like I am stupid
