Plan Cancellation and Claim Nightmare!!

After my review on Wednesday the 11th of May 2022 about Old Mutual, the Complaints Manager emailed me almost immediately and has been in contact ever since. My 4 months of stress, sleepless nights, back & forth with the company, cat & mice games, etc. are finally coming to a promising end. I will update my review again after the final resolution. Thank you HelloPeter for this platform and the Complaints Manager who promised to investigate the matter and then he actually did it.
