Pist off

I am getting pist off because I have sent an email to old mutual for premium holiday in July 2024, and I received the email confirmation that I will have a holiday from August to October 2024 my debit will be reinstated from November 2024. When I check with old mutual whatsapp chat it's saying my next debit order is 30 October 2024.
