Phone dropping Callcenter Agents

<p>I have been for the last couple of days trying to speak to any Old Mutual agent. I have been phoning their ***number which is all over their site. I follow diligently all the voice prompts up to where it says I will speak to an agent as soon as there is one available. I then wait, as the phone rings for about two miutes, then the call drops. This happens everytime I call. For the last two days I have not been able to talk to any agent because all my calls are dropped!</p>
