Spoke to Thembakazi Jonga early June for my Inv acc to be closed. To date i have not received my funds. She has not communicated with me since my request. She does not respond to my emails or calls ,I have to keep following up with her and her excuse is that she works from home and deals with clients telephonically. Utter Nonsense. This is absolute pathetic service from Her . I will definitely not be re-instating or adding any new accounts to my old mutual profile. This will be escalated further if i do not receive my funds by tomorrow. Below are the details of the incompetant employee i unfortunately had to liaise with. Still. No feedback.
