Personal Information not protected

My name is Makgotso Kgotleng, I used to work for Nedbank and my provident fund was with Old Mutual superfund. I resigned at Nedbank and my provident fund was released, but before it was released an email was sent to one of my family member instead of my personal email, so basically my information was seen by someone which caused a conflict between us. I called and told them about my issue as my information was not protected. She knew how much I'll be getting and told my whole family. I wanted to find out how my details ended up with her, is Old Mutual aware if it was someone external not a family I might have be *****ulated? I spoke to someone and said they will get back to me as I'm so disgusted with the service I got, till today I haven't received a call from them it's been two weeks now as they said they will investigate and get back to me, no one has. I'm thinking of taking Old Mutual to the papers. I'm really not happy with Old Mutual, they preach as Insurance that clients information is protected, what happened to my finances being exposed to someone. I need this sorted asap. What happen to clients information being protected?
