I put a stop order and yet they went and debited money in my bank, I need someone to call me and explain the rude manner and a way forward

02 Aug 2024, 14:52Like I said, I went to old mutual store to share the dissatisfaction of the service I find very offensive and invasion of my person info. I really feel annoyed and disrespected which I learned that no remorse from people who do you wrong yet in public they want to be supported and noted as best Infront of their competitors. I really don't understand what is human rights of responding to smses sent to customers.
