Pensioners without any income due to old mutuals incompetence and tricks!

Absolute WORST place to invest. I have not been able to claim my pension after actually going on pension mid August, I have visited branches in Rustenburg 3 times, one in town cannot assist as there are no advisors, why have a branch then??? And the one in Rustenburg Mall has "advisors" who can also not assist, instead they have to phone a call centre! Firstly I was told that I can only start my claim by end of August, went there end of August, was told that claims cannot be made until after the 16th of September, waited and went there again, then suddenly I could only submit my claim end of September! Tried using the website, didn't work, went there AGAIN only to call the call centre, hold on for an hour to be told that the system crashed this morning! Extremely convenient! I have been on pension for more than a month and eventhough I have a pension fund I am left without an income due to old mutual being *********** and could not care less about their clients! I would not recommend that anyone invest with old mutual, they are quick to take your money but getting it back is a never ending struggle! A disgrace!
