Pensioners Beware

My mother retired in December 2015. She went to Old Mutual customer service center in Centurion Mall to transfer her two policies premiums stop/debit orders from previous employer to her bank account. In January 2016 the investment policy debit order went through, but the life cover policy debit didn't. She has been visiting their customer service branch in Mokopane every month since January trying to sort out the problem and each time she was told it was sorted. In the last week of April she received a letter from Old Mutual dated February stating that her life cover has lapsed due to premiums not being paid. (She checks her mail once a week) Is it me or is Old Mutual *********** unsuspecting pensioners? Pensioners please beware.
