Pension Payout delayed

I left my company in April , I was contacted by your call centre advising theat they are aware of my documents and nature of my fund.<br> <br> I was advised that it would take 4-5 weeks for for payout to be affected <br> <br> it is now 2 months ans still nothing ,keep on calling the call centre and all they say they can do is escalate.<br> <br> this is causing delays in my accounts ans settlements of accounts as the rates have increased on them .<br> <br> I was with my company for over 15 years and this company is also part of old mutaul .<br> <br> Kindly assist and escalate as various calls to the call centre are left hanging in the air .<br> <br>
