pension pay outs

i need to lodge a complain we were retrenched is end of September 2019 we had oure pension invested at old mutual 5 months later and qe are atill waiting for payments ever time is is the same story waiting for Liquidator to be appointment so the new response is superfund liquidations is waiting for the FSCA so how long is just still going to go on 5 months later and still no pay outs
