Pension Fund woes

I have been trying to withdraw my pension fund for a few weeks now. I have submitted all the necessary documents and was informed that I will be paid out in about 4weeks. I went to Old Mutual yesterday again and suddenly they cannot track my pension on their system as it is in Cape town under unclaimed benefits. I then tried to get assistance as to the way forward but got no help. I was sent to another branch who put me on the phone with the call centre who then told me I would need to contact Cape town, who told me I need to go back to the Retirement Fund Administrators. All I need is my pension fund paid out. I also went to Twitter and Old Mutual said they would contact me to assist but have not received a response. I am very concerned as I need this money asap and did everything asked by Old Mutual.
