Pension fund withdrawal

Bad Service and empty promises.I have save with old mutual from 2015 and left my investment with then,last year I wanted to move my funds,they told me lot of stories.Now is almost three months sending the document to with draw my fund.if I call them.the answer is they have elevated to the top manager every week is the same story but they don't want to give me the manager numbers.Mr Ap meletse ***.Did talk to Pheza and Phumza
