Pension Fund Query

Old Mutual handed over a Pension Fund to ABSA for payment in 2014 although in 2012 there was no fund. I queried the amount and referred to Old Mutual<br> I was notified that the matter has been handed to the Administrator for value of fund at time of deceased passing. <br> I queried a week later and find my email is forwarded no apologies and I'm cc'd. My health has taken its toll as now I have to rely on TNT 'n Soluspirin.
