Pension Fund Query

I was working for the company that invests their employees pension fund to Old Mutual. According to the information I received at the Old Mutual call centre the company submitted my claims/pension fund documents to the them on the 17December 2014 but up until now I have not received my pension payout. The policy is that on receipt of the documents it must take 4-6wks to pay the money out. So as it was exactly 6weeks on the 28/01/2015 I should have received the money by that date at the latest. <br> Worse than all I am not allowed to speak to the person who is responsible for that, i've been told he is going to call me but it's been 2weeks now I haven't heard from him.I just feel this is some sort of discremenation
