Pension fund payout

I have resigned from my position as financial advisor from Old Mutual at the end of February and still haven’t received my pension fund payout I have been struggling on a daily since then with no one really taking an interest in me I have a 4 month old baby and not coping financially at all I’ve been borrowing left right and centre and I still haven’t received any correspondence from old mutual as to when I will be receiving my money. I’ve tried everything and this was my last resort
