Pension fund not transfered by Old Mutual
The service is horrible. I have left my previous job In September 2024 and started with new job. I have been told to use online service to transfer my pension fund and the is no button for claim for me to request. I have have called them more than 20 times and being told the same thing that supervisor will contact me but nothing. Till today my money not transfered and it's still stuck there . No response from their emails support nothing .
I need my money transfered I sent everything that needed. 😡😡😡😡😡
