Pension Fund not paid out

I went on pension at the end of November 2016. On the 24 December I received a SMS from Old Mutual to say that they have received a tax directive from SARS and the payment will be done. After numerous phone calls to the call centre my pension is still not paid out. On Friday 22/1/2016 I phoned the call center and they escalated to their manager Felicia but she never phoned me back. I phoned again on the 25/1/2016 and spoke to Felicia who said she will phone me back by 2o clock but she has not phoned me back. Can somebody please sort this out.
