Pension fund non payment from Old mutual

My mom invested her pension fund with old mutual but despite numerous promises she still have not received her payout, This is the worst experience since it's been over 5 months being on pension but struggling to survive due to not having money to buy food, pay her bills and even to pay for her medication. I wouldn't advice anyone to invest with old mutual after this bad experience I have with them, my mom is now on depression and sleeping tablets due to old mutual's empty promises and treatment we receive form some of the staff.
