Pension fund

I'm suppose to get my pension fund at old mutual but everytime I call and ask why my money is not in yet they keep on telling me different stories. It's been more than the six months they said I should wait another six weeks now no one is giving me a straight answer to what's happening with my pension fund. I just need my pension fund please.
