Pension Fund

I would like to thank Shareefah at the Old Mutual Pinelands (Customer Service Ground floor) who assisted me this morning regarding my pension payout. I would also like to commend the Old Mutual Benefits Fund department for assisting me over these last few weeks. My story is regarding a pension fund payout which was a complicated one in the sense that I have made changes twice in terms of how the funds should payout and over the last few days have become very anxious. The reason for my visit to Old Mutual was that I was not sure if we were on the same page. Shareefah assisted me and as per status on the system, there was no clear answer. She went the extra mile in contacting the senior officials who was helpful in executing the case immediately. I was given the assurance that the payout will be processed today and it will be finalized. While typing this email, Shareefah contacted me again, giving me the update that the case was moved from authorization to the payout department. I must say this is really \Outstanding"service from Old Mutual. Thank you Old Mutual"
