Pending withdrawal

I did an investment on a tax free last year,so on the 7-01-2025 I did withdrawal which it will take 5 to 7 working days for me to receive my money,we are on 3rd week now I have not received my money every time when I'm calling I'm been told that I have to send this and that of which I will do so I even went to their head office in pinelands to complain and see how far with my case,my kids they have not open school because I did not pay transport and they do not have school stationery,I hate this company I would not even refer them to my friends and family,I do not understand why must it take 3 weeks for me to receive my money I did not borrow that's my money I invested on of which I can do withdrawal any time and it state that it takes 5 to 7 working day for me to receive my money this is the 3 week now,I will cancel every thing with OLD MUTUAL what a bad service,in fact I'm waiting the 0* my case has not been resolved.
