Pending Surrender Value for Education plan
Bad service received, answers via e-mail are vague. Got partial payment for funds deposited manually. Agent didn't know about the difference between education plan and retirement plan. I'm moving my retirement to Outsurance I won't recommend Old Mutual to friends and family anymore.
