PENCARE OLD MTUAL DON'T ASSIST PENSIONERS

My mother receives a small pension. Her accountant wrote a letter and she called 3 times to OPT OUT of the tax. They have not rep**** to any mails. I have attempted to call them several times. Eventually, I spoke with a person called Elroy Kieviets, who put me on hold. The phone call cut-out because of the length of time that I was holding on for. I could not get hold of him again and had to start the process over with a different agent. The pension is my mother's only source of income. I do not know how to obtain a response and action from Pencare.
