Pencare? Does it even exist?
Worst service experienced yet, they have a department called pencare that helps their elderly pensioners with service... However the agents in branch cannot assist you... As they dont have pencare representatives?? You expect a 90 year old lady to email you??? Left her without her benefits for one month how can this be??? From a major company like yourself absolutley mortified by this
