Payslip ***** Deducted Money Without Consent
Dear Old Mutual
I have written you on numerous occasions regarding the policy ***** that has taken place on my account. A number of policies have been registered under my name without consent and I reported this issue and followed up but nothing has happened. Instead more money is taken every month on my account.
I had hoped you will stick to your promise and refund me but you have instead deducted close to R6000 is policies without my consent.
Is this how you treat your cusyomers?
