Payout frastration

I'm writting this review on behalf of my uncle, Mr J Tshabalala. It has been over a week since his daughter passed on and over a week since he made the claim at Old Mutual. However to date no payout has been made and the funeral is scheduled to take place on Saturday 15 February 2020. Bare in mind a dead person cannot be stored for more than 10 days at an undertaker and there no funds to cater for the funeral. It is really frastrating being loyal to a company that is not loyal to you. Please assist in this regard.
