PAYOUT FOR VALID CLAIMS

We have submitted claims and enquired a number of times with old mutual but we haven't received any response. My father had a life cover with the institution and they have paid 60% of it, no explanation why the rest of the monies owed to us have not been received as I have sent numerous emails. the problem started when we claimed for the funeral when they paid 2 weeks later for funeral cover. The cover was with greenlight.
