Payout delay, No feed back

I resigned from my work in December 2014. My last day at work was the 31st of December 2014. I am yet to recieve my provident payout. When I called to find out what was the delay the consultant I spoke to told me my employer had not submited all documents and that a copy of my ID was missing. I faxed a copy the very same day. The next day I got a call from a consultant wanting to sell me one their products. What gets to me is that, Old Mutual never bothered to inform me that my employer did not submit all documents and now I have to wait another 4 weeks before I get my money. How do they expect me to survive all this time and on top of that this waiting I have bills to pay. This is very unfair.
