PAYOUT DELAY

Since the 2nd of February 2015 I have been struggling to get my funds paid out from old mutual, after countless telephone conversations and numerous excuses I am now sitting a month and a half further still with no funds. Tax directive should not take longer than 48 hours to request, all paperwork has been sent through several times... Each time the money is promised to be paid out within four days, surely enough days have passed?
