requested for a cash payout on one of my investments through you guys on the 03/11/2022, filled in forms and was advised it would take 5-7 days. till this day, i havent received anything, and everytime i follow up, im advised to call everyday to follow up!! such ****ery!!

I still haven't heard from you guys, I am fed up with the service I am getting from Old Mutual. This is my money that I can't access because of false information. It's been over 7 days, today being the 9th. I just called Old Mutual and stayed in the queue for 1hr.
