Payment taking too long bad communication

Left job end Oct. Wanted a portion of prov paid out and portion transferred into a stanlib preserver. After 13 weeks of back and forth in and constant mails and calls and how many mistakes made and wrong directives sent erltc etc I still have no feedback. I need the money due to me by Friday and they are all just pointing fingers at each other between stanlib and old mutual. I have had enough and should have never bothered to try preserve the funds. I refuse to wait longer than Friday.
