Payment of policy

I have a policy that should have paid out in December 2018. Since then i supp**** them all the needed documents as the policy had a new law on it and had to be changed by court order which cost me another R5000. I am still battling with Old Mutual to open a special account and have the funds paid out. I wouldn"t recommend anyone to invest with Old Mutual as after 25years my policy is worth less than half of which has been sold to us.
