Payment of my ten year investment plan

Trying to get a payout on my policy but it being delayed .The amount due on my policy should've been paid to me on the 10th .I have sent all relevant documents in February. I received I additional form which you guys want me to fill out with fine print of an imposing penality fee for withdrawal do you not see how **************** that is. I refuse to sign any documentation after my due date with you guys my policy has already ended 1 May 2020 .Ten years is a long time I have been committed to paying you guys can I please have my monies due to me. Imagine my frustration when you received all documentation my be on the 6/02/2020.I am a single parent in lock down I do not have access to printers.,and please please pay my policy stop with the fine print of 5 percent penality that was not in my agreement that I have signed 6/02/2020 with the amount fixed you have given me. Imagine someone in lock down you guys want me to go where exactly and run around trying to fill out extra forms why why why. Please call me at ***
