Payment holiday woes

Im beyond frustrated with old mutual at this point. 2 consecutive months iv been to 2 brunches, doobsonville and maponya to get a simple payment holiday but both times they have failed to execute it. They keep debiting and im puzzled as to why they offer this in the first place.iv called them 3 times today and my calls get dropped.the service im getting is unacceptable
