Payment

Me and my wife went to an old mutual banch in sebokeng (thabong shopping centre ) to do a withdrawal on her tax free account on 18 of January and we were told that we will receive payment after 15 days.

15 days later when we enquire we are told the system rejected the application because of networks failure but yet when we contacted the call center they told us it was rejected by the branch manager

Till to date we haven't received our payment
